Technical Support Representative Job Description


STL is hiring a Technical Support Representative to join our team in Bloomington. This position would be answering questions from customers and doing basic troubleshooting on software applications. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and a basic understanding of computer processes. 


Technical Support Representative Requirements

  • 2-3 years of customer service experience 
  • Problem solving 
  • Basic technical understanding of computer functions
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Associates Degree or Higher
  • Full time; Monday- Friday 
  • $13.00-14.00/hr
