Entry Level Administrative Assistant
Job Responsibilities
As an Entry Level Administrative Assistant , you will perform a variety of clerical tasks to support office and administrative operations. Depending on your specific assignment, this will include greeting visitors, operating the telephone switchboard, and performing other related work as required.
Your specific duties in this Entry Level Administrative Assistant role may include:
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures
• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
• Maintain contact lists
• Book travel arrangements
• Submit and reconcile expense reports
• Provide general support to visitors
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
• Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Entry Level Administrative Assistant
We are looking for self-motivated Entry Level Administrative Assistant who exhibit a strong work ethic and who are willing to go above and beyond in order to fulfill a wide range of support duties. You should also be a highly organized and detail-oriented team player, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks. It is also vital that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to interact effectively with the public, both on the telephone and in person.
