 CoWorx Staffing has an exciting new opportunity for a Human Resources Assistants in Smyrna, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily Human Resources Department functions and maintaining personnel records in the HR File room. You will also act as a back-up for HR when needed.

Primary Duties:

  • Prepare and update new hire documentation, termination files, personnel records, and reports
  • Review and prepare Temporary Worker Timecards
  • Maintain HR boards for all companies and buildings to ensure compliance
  • Act as point of contact for Temporary Staffing Agencies and for all temporary worker related issues.
  • Review, verify and prepare temp agency invoices in a timely manner – currently within a five day time frame (including weekends)
  • Maintain and Ensure Job Descriptions are entered in AX.
  • Update applicant status under recruitment project, send reject letters
  • Schedule interviews; conduct pre-screens
  • Assist when needed in conducting random drug screens for GLOCK Personnel 


  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in MS AX Dynamics, Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Good communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task numerous responsibilities
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment, individually and as part of a team
