Customer Retention Agent

We are looking for dependable Customer Retention Agents who love helping our customers!  In this role you will manage customer queries, accounts, and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across several communication channels.


  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
