Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an experienced A/R professional for a senior/lead position. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of collection, general ledger and reconciliation experience.

Job Duties:

  • Posting incoming payments
  • Reconciling payments onto the general ledger
  • Reviewing and approving credit limits for accounts
  • Performing collections calls on past due accounts
  • Skip Trace experience highly preferred
  • Create aging reports for senior accounting team
  • Review and work aging reports daily, weekly and monthly
  • Review and process chargebacks when necessary
  • Minimum of 4 years of high volume A/R experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of collections experience
  • Experience with SAP highly preferred
  • Excel experience required
