A successful and growing law firm are seeking a Chief Process Officer. The position is based in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. The individual will be the executive in charge of developing and measuring all legal business process operations of the firm.
Their responsibilities will involve documenting and creating best business practices for the firms legal business areas, with input from the Principles. This executive will assist and create the business structure required to support all new businesses that are brought into the firm. Business areas, (Sales, Marketing, Finance, technology and HR)
·Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering
·Lean or Six Sigma certification
·Strong workflow and project management skills
·10 years of shared services or service center experience with five or more in a leadership position
·Experience in developing KPI’s and Operational Business Reporting
·Experience in Service Industry Process Operations
·Proven success in implementing cross industry techniques in non-standard work environments to optimize efficiency
·Strong working knowledge of technology applications that support process management, reporting and all aspects of service business administration
·Strong working knowledge of customer and business intake approaches into a service business environment or enterprise
·Strong working knowledge of service contracts, billing and financial operations in a service environment
·Experience in developing QA standards, metrics and operations
