Job Description

Work Adjustment Case Manager

Goodwill Industries, a social service agency specializing in vocational training opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities, is seeking an individual to provide vocational case management services to work adjustment participants.  The successful candidate will function as an individual plan (IP) coordinator, facilitating team planning and providing linkage to appropriate services.  Responsible for case file documentation and management, and developing, analyzing of individualized behavior change programming and work skill training in a manner which meets Goodwill’s required standards. 

Bachelor’s degree in Vocational Rehabilitation or related field required.  At least one year experience working with individuals with DD and/or relevant case management experience; must be able to pass criminal background check and various abuser registry checks. Must pass DMV check, pass road test, DOT’s physical & drug & alcohol test and random testing throughout employment.  Must possess sufficient auto insurance to transport individuals enrolled in program. Please complete application and attach resume at   Incomplete applications will not be considered for employment.
