***Immediate Hire Needs:


Shift Needs: Evening RN - 2:30pm - 10:45 pm


Must be willing to work Call offs and mandatory Overtime when necessary

RN Essential Functions:

  • Provides physical and psychosocial nursing care to assigned patients and organizes and supervises care provided by other nursing staff.
  • Responsible for planning nursing care for patients on assigned units.
  • Responsible for assuring that medication is safely administered utilizing applicable nursing policies and procedures.
  • Provides health and wellness education to patients and families to promote recovery.
  • Completes and documents nursing assessments of patients and appropriately documents care provided, including the patient's response
  • Participates as an active member of the treatment team, providing and updating Nursing plans of care that are included in the interdisciplinary treatment plans for patients on the assigned unit.
  • Responsible for communicating with the attending and on-duty physicians regarding any changes in the health status of patients on the unit, and for receiving and transmitting any physician orders for changes in the care of patients
  • Responsible for managing and supervising care provided to patients during restraint or seclusion, assuring that patient rights are protected and hospital and nursing policies and procedures are followed

Required Qualifications:

  • Current licensed Registered Nurse license State of Indiana
  • CPR Certification with the American Heart Association
  • Current Physical
  • Two step PPD – must be current within 30 days of hire
  • Drug Screen/background screen
  • Valid Driver’s License
