Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Entering all customer appointments into our database
Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures.
Ability to speak with individuals face to face
Ability to multi-task is a must in an ever changing fast paced work environment.
Ability to work in a team environment

This position is an entry level position in our firm with an entrepreneurial startup environment. This position serves as the main point of contact for our consumers, and is essentially the eyes, ears, and voice of the brand. The main responsibility is to interact with consumers directly determine their needs and to schedule appointments for our sales team.
Specific duties include or will include:
Set Appointments with Customers.
Assign Sales Leads to Sales Team.
Follow up with Customer in Ensure 100% Customer Satisfaction.
