Embrace Management's Business Development team is looking to fill 10 Entry Level positions, immediately! These Entry Level roles will provide training in Customer Service, Marketing, Public Relations, and Sales tactics. We welcome and encourage all backgrounds and levels of experience to join our dynamic team!


Our main goal is to provide our current client base of essential businesses the tools and support needed to extend their outreach on a national level, while also growing multiple divisions within our company.


Basic Job Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with the local community and attend daily consumer meetings

  • Execute and enforce company compliance rules and standards at all times

  • Increase morale to drive revenue and improve consumer satisfaction

  • Develop strategies and tactics to achieve the desired results of our clients and company as a whole

  • Consistently provide and positive and constructive feedback to appropriately coach company new hires and lead by example

  • Lead, motivate and inspire employees to create a customer and client-first environment

  • Ensure maximum profitability and team growth by focusing on key business initiatives

  • Aid in identifying, hiring, and developing top talent in the industry

  • Resolve customer concerns and provide resolution in a timely manner

  • Initiate any and all product updates and support company changes

Basic Job Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred

  • Minimum one to two years customer service experience

  • Unwavering professionalism and student mentality

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities

  • Effective influential ability at all levels

  • Superb verbal and written communication skills

  • Fine attention to detail and prioritization skills

  • Know-how to execute detailed instructions in a timely and efficient manner
