Cornerstone Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced customer representative for scientific materials company in Roseville, CA. This position is Monday-Thursday from 7:30AM-4PM and Fridays 7AM-1PM for a total of 38 hours weekly! Pay is $16.50 an hour.

Primary Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative:

Provide order entry and quoting support for international and domestic CSR’s and customers. Enter orders and prepare quotes using QAD. Perform order review to include checking Denied Parties. Derive order promise dates using ATP forecast consumption logic. Prepare and process warranty returns and credits.

Assist either domestic or international CSR’s with the processing of orders and quotes during peak season and as needed. Process internal order for sales and marketing. Process orders for non-educational customers, including the vetting process. Process promotional giveaways for customers that come from marketing events or product managers. Keep the documentation of processes and procedures current for the department using Confluence. Create new customer in QAD. Help with domestic phone calls as needed.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills Required for Customer Service Representative:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· One to three years related experience in customer service

· Ability to work in a team environment

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Computer/data entry skills (at least 55 wpm, 10,000 kph required)

· Experience using Microsoft Office products (intermediate)

· MRP or ERP experience in a manufacturing environment, desired

· Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience, desired

General understanding of export regulations and letters of credit, desired
