Job Description

Role: Client Delivery Manager // Client Partner (Tech/Delivery) 

Location: Dallas, TX  / Basking Ridge, NJ

Duration: Full Time

 

This role will require the individual to be the face of InfoVision, at the client place. Selected individual is required to learn the values and operating model of InfoVision, along with growth plans and organization vision. The incumbent will be responsible for establishing strong onsite-offshore delivery practice for InfoVision through consistent delivery of completely owned projects. The individual will be responsible for pro-actively identifying business challenges for the client and proposing technology solutions, which will turn into revenue generating opportunities for the organization as well as creating a growth path for the self.

 

Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience with Telecom OSS, Network, BSS workflow and is well versed with the terminologies
  • Must have managed distributed (aka onsite-offshore) Development and QA team, which worked on Enterprise web solutions, enterprise Mobile apps, Microservices, AWS, Java/J2EE, Oracle, React.js, React Native, Salesforce Vlocity, DevOps, Selenium, API orchestration, Security, Release management and tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio
  • Must be detail oriented to propose solutions to the client
  • A keen eye to identify business problems and create elegant technology solution proposals is required.
  • Should have a minimum of 3 year experience managing US client directly, being on the ground and handling client escalations and expectations,
  • Should have a minimum of 3 year experience managing onsite-offshore team engagements of size ranging from 20 to 50.
  • Should have a minimum of 3 year experience growing onsite-offshore teams from 5-10 member team to 100 member team through cross selling and upselling and solving the business problems
  • Should have a minimum of 3 year experience managing budgets, driving recruitment, Identifying risks and handling mitigation, hands-on project management
  • PMP Certification is a plus
  • Must be well versed with Agile (Scrum Certification is a huge plus)
  • Must be able to articulate project progress and accomplishments via Power Point presentations
  • A pro-active approach to solve business problems, is a key, to this role
  • Should have setup DevOps teams to build automation with release management process
  • Must be up-to-date with technology changes, not just theoretically, but practically
  • Should have 2 year’s experience participating in RFP response process and be able to work on RFP responses
  • Must be extremely good with communication – Written, Verbal and Listening
  • Should be a decision maker
  • Must be a technologist
