JOB DESCRIPTION FOR INSIDE SALES PERSON:
Godfrey Personnel, Inc. is a search firm that recruits employees for the Insurance industry. We currently have an opening for an Insurance Recruiter. This role is an essential part of our recruitment team, which focuses on the assessment and interviewing of insurance candidates for key customers. Must enjoy challenges and interacting with Insurance professionals.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and achievement driven individual to join our sales team. We are a business to business sales organization looking to grow our Inside Sales staff and generate new business to grow our company.
DUTIES:
- This is an Inside Sales position screening candidates via phone and in person
- Assess candidates' marketability & prepare candidates for client interviews
- Set up interviews for candidates
- Negotiate offers & acceptances, start dates
REQUIREMENTS FOR INSIDE SALES PERSON:
- Looking for individual with Prior Sales Experience (Inside or Outside)
- Be able to persevere until open jobs are filled
- Generate viable job orders through cold calling & target sales
- Some College or Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- History of Successful Selling
BENEFITS:
We offer a Base Salary plus Commission and Benefits. We work Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:00 - No weekends or overtime. We believe in a work / life balance here.
