Here is how to qualify for this program Capital Requirements

• Minimum of $50k in liquid assets or a line of credit. Or double that amount in a 401k or an IRA (This is not needed to spend. This simply shows Farmers that you have the means to financially back your agency.)

Background Check

• Satisfactory results of background check
• No criminal history
• No collections
• Good driving record

Licensing and Training

• Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses prior to agent appointment
• Successfully complete online and class training at the District Office

Branded Office Location

• Office location once fully appointed with Farmers
• Fully equipped and aligned with Farmers brand standards within four months of full-time appointment

Agency Staff

• Minimum of one licensed and appointed agency staff member at full-time appointment

Agency Start-Up Bonus

• $7,500 bonus for establishment of branded location within a specified time period after appointment

Monthly Marketing Bonus

• $500 per month if bonus qualification goals are met

Monthly Bonus

• Bonus based on monthly net new business and is dependent on production in your first three years
• Bonuses are also given based on Life and Commercial production. There is a cap on this particular bonus

Annual Bonus

• Bonus opportunity based on applicable 12-month net new production commissions and applicable new business for up to three years
• Bonuses again are given based off of Life and again Commercial commissions subject to specified maximum amounts
