Seeking an administrative assistant who is highly customer focused, organized and able to multi-task. This role will be responsible for organizing and coordinating training schedules, customer travel and manage all training documentation including sign-in sheets, surveys and more. High school diploma required; associates degree preferred. Must have 5+ years of experience in a coordination/planning role and in a setting where you interact with customers in-person.
