Job Description


Customer Service Representative/Product Specialist  


The Customer Service Representative/Product Specialist acts as a liaison between manufacturing activities and the customer. This position reports to the CSR Manager.



 Receives and processes orders

 Maintain computer and manual records

 Coordinate Shipments

 Compile and distribute reports


 Send and receive EDI (Backup Manager).

 Set up new customers and items (Backup Manager).

 Billing of Packing Slips

 Other related duties as assigned.

 Labels Product

 Loads trucks & ensures product is shipped

Job Requirements


40 Hours+ weekly

Communication (Verbal & Email)



Mathematics (basic)


Computer skills




Lifting (30 lb. max)

Carrying (30 lb. max)

Pushing (30 lb. max)

Pulling (30 lb. max)





  Requires the ability to lift 10 pounds regularly with occasional lifting to upwards of 30 pound
