At GraySquare , we bring our clients’ products directly to market in the most efficient ways possible. For clients whose products have mass market appeal and growth potential, we utilize a kiosk style sales approach in high-traffic big box retailers. This allows these companies to get one on one exposure with their existing and potential customers.
As a Retail Sales Associate at GraySquare, you will be responsible for driving sales for our client in a retail setting. Our most successful team members are high-energy, charismatic, with a go-getter personality.
Your day-to-day role will offer the flexibility to work independently with no “boss over your shoulder.” While you won’t be stuck in our offices all day, we have a very accessible team that’s ready to help 24/7.
Compensation and Growth Opportunities:
Unlike many retail sales roles, we offer a very aggressive, uncapped commission schedule that allows your hard work to be rewarded.
At GraySquare, we don’t take on a project unless it offers regional and / or national growth potential for the business. You’ll never be “stuck” in a role here if you’re getting results for the company. Advancement from this role can happen as quickly as 6-12 months in to one of our Market Manager or Campaign Manager positions.
