Government Contracts Administrator

Experience we are looking for:

  • Defense and aerospace contract administration experience
  • FAR/DFAR, pre-award side experience
  • Direct and supervisory experience in government contracting
  • Aerospace after-market industry

Position Summary:

Establishing and administer defense contracts with US Government customers, prime contracts and subcontracts, and suppliers. Minimize risk in contracts, ensure compliance with all regulatory obligations, FAR, DFARS, UCC, ITAR, EAR.

Respond to requests for quotes and proposals, preparation of required information packages such as contract data requirements lists, waivers, deviations, source approval requests, etc.

Contracts negotiation working with Estimating, Business Development and Sales & Product Management

Establish and administer terms and conditions

Oversees company performance and compliance, flow down to all relevant parts of the company all necessary aspects of customer contract and license terms

Negotiate dispute resolution, lead corrective action
