Our private equity owned client is a B2B Tier 3 Electronics Manufacturing Service (EMS) company. They are conducting a search for a new Business Development Manager for the Las Vegas area with solid leadership experience in industrial manufacturing environments.

As the Business Development Manager (BDM), you’ll develop relationships within target customers to penetrate organization and open doors to new business opportunities for the assigned Printed Circuit Board / Wire Harness / Box Build Business unit for the Nevada, Washington, California and Oregon region. Our client will rely on you to deploy Account strategies in conjunction with Management in order to achieve goals and objectives set for the business.


Responsibilities:

  • Aggressively pursue business to ensure market share growth and position for future business successes; Accountable for meeting and exceeding sales revenues targets.
  • Communicate issues and problems to Management in order to drive and assist with resolution.
  • Regularly update CRM system with required data such as customer information, new opportunity logs and call plans.
  • Utilize excellent understanding of Printed Circuit Board Fabrication / Wire Harness / Box Build Business methods as well as the technical background to engage in capability discussions with Engineering, Quality and Procurement organizations.
  • Develop, prepare and present high quality Sales presentations.

Qualifications:        

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing preferred.
  • 4+ years’ sales experience successfully selling Printed Circuit Boards within the fast-paced Electronics Manufacturing Industry, Wire Harness, and Box build.
  • Excellent MS Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • CRM experience.
  • Highly motivated individual, comfortable cold calling, developing new relationships, highly organized and strong time management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
