Pharmacy Call Center Representative
• Process prescription requests while demonstrating patience, empathy and compassion
• Troubleshoot rejected insurance claims and address issues to achieve the best outcome for patients
• Follow department processes and procedures to input information, dispense medication and verify information

Specific Pharmacy Technician – Mail Order requirements:

Area: Must be able to work in the Rochester, New York area

Licensure Requirements: None required.

Education: H. S. Diploma

Years of Experience: 1 year of Pharmacy Experience and 1 year of Call center experience

Schedule: Full-Time, Must be available to work Sunday - Saturday, 8:30 am - 9:00 pm and some Holidays.

Length of Assignment:
-
Pay: $13.50 hourly
-
Background/ Drug Requirements: Ability to successfully complete background check, client health screening criteria and drug screen.
