Job Title: Customer Care Representative
Location: Office – Vernon Hills, IL
Reports to: Customer Service Manager
Receive inbound phone inquiries from our customers. Your goal each day is to ensure each interaction you have with our customer’s results in a great and positive experience for them.
Customer Care Rep works the phones to perform various customer assistance duties, such as responding to customer questions, pricing, freight quotes, product inquiries and ideas.
Customer Care Rep will also handle customer request that comes in via email, for freight quotes, virtual request, product information, inventory levels, and product ideas.
Expectations from our Customer Care Representative
- 2+ years of Call Center experience
- Show the customer you care on each phone call. As the voice of our company and as a customer care representative, it’s important for you to personalize and express your care and concern for the customer using your skills to effectively answer their question or help resolve a problem.

Education and Requirements:
Associates degree, preferred
2+ years of Call Center experience
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task
Ability to resolve problems
Ability to work in a team environment to develop integrity, trust and respect of coworkers at all levels
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (2013 version helpful)
Numeracy and literacy skills
Operate Cash Register
