United Personnel is recruiting for an Interim Nonprofit Leadership role heavily focused on program oversight and project management, strategy development, and community outreach and engagement. The ideal candidate will have prior nonprofit leadership experience, an ability to learn quickly and manage complex processes, and have developed communications skills that will better engagement within the community and organization. This role requires the ability to lead and execute at a high level while utilizing critical thinking skills to adapt and implement plans while addressing issues that arise.
Additional requirements include: a bachelor’s degree, 5-10+ years’ experience in a nonprofit organization, demonstrated proficiency in systems, demonstrated ability to collaborate with peers and external constituents, high standards of service and integrity, and superior writing and verbal communication skills.
