Notary Signing Agent Services (notarysigningagentservices.com) is now recruiting motivated Mobile Notary Signing Agents nationwide! This 1099 independent contractor position is perfect for individuals who value flexibility and want to work remotely.

You’ll assist clients in notarizing important legal documents such as loan agreements, real estate contracts, and Power of Attorney forms.

As a Signing Agent, you’ll coordinate with clients, schedule notarization appointments, and ensure the accurate completion of all documents. This role allows you to set your own schedule and earn competitive pay, with typical earnings ranging from $200 to $500 daily based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Verify the identity of document signers.
• Schedule and conduct notarization appointments efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and confidentiality.
• Submit completed documents promptly to relevant parties.

Qualifications:

• Certified Notary Public in your local state with Notary Signing Agent certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable internet, phone line, computer, and transportation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

COMPENSATION: Earn $75.00 - $200.00 per loan signing, depending on the type of document package and location. Flexible scheduling allows agents to complete multiple signings daily.

MUST be a U.S. citizen.

Current and Active Notary Commission for your state.

Must have a valid drivers' license and clean driving record.

Minimum one year of banking, DMV, automotive registration or motor vehicle title experience is essential.

High school Diploma or GED is required.

Must be able to pass a background check.

Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Excellent communication skills.

Great attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize (and reprioritize) when necessary.
