ey Responsibilities

This position requires an ability to operate and support multiple test stations. Primary responsibilities will be the testing of Video’s products using computers, test stations, and industry standard diagnostics equipment. Visually inspecting product for material defects. Understanding and attention to ESD practices are required. Good verbal and written communication skills required for communication with direct supervisor and various departments including our engineering and customer service teams.



Minimum Requirements

Understanding of electronics and prior experience as a test operator, preferably in electronics assembly (2-5 yrs min).
Experience with functional test processes, including Burn-in thru final functional testing. Able to work with, learn, and use multiple test stations.
2-5 years experience in computer controlled tests.
Experience with MS Office tools such as Excel & Word
Self motivated able to work with limited supervision.
Good communication skills verbal, written, and listening.
Well organized, with attention to detail.
2-5 years experience working in a team based environment to meet production goals & metrics.
Collect and enter data as required per goals & metrics into data collection system. ( MS CRM, MS Great Plains experience a plus)
Ability to work within a diverse cultural work group.
Good moral character and able to fit into the company culture.


EDUCATION:

High school diploma or GED required a 2 or 4 year technical degree preferred.


EXPERIENCE:

2-5 years of work related experience in an electronics related field required.
