Logix Guru is growing and we are looking for an experienced, reliable and task-oriented individual for providing administrative support of day-to-day operations.  There is an excellent opportunity for growth with the Company.

Responsibilities include working with account managers, clients, professional employees and vendors to assist in daily office processes and performing general administrative activities.  This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule. 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist the account managers in the recruitment workflow tasks such as monitoring various client systems for new job requirements, disseminating job requirements to recruiting team, scheduling candidate interviews, submitting candidates via client portals, etc.
  • Post and maintain job requirements on various job boards
  • Maintain employee/client files
  • On board new consultants
  • Report preparation and maintaining appropriate filing systems
  • Performing additional projects and tasks as assigned by the Executive Assistant
  • ·         3 to 5 years of experience as an administrative or recruiting assistant
  • ·         Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word and MS PowerPoint) and exposure to social media tools such as Facebook, LinkedIn, etc
  • ·         Deadline and detail-oriented
  • ·         Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • ·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationship
  • ·         Well organized and able to multi-task and work effectively in a multi-cultural team environment
  • ·         Ability to quickly learn various client/vendor staffing procurement systems and processes
