Position: Assistant General Manager 


Job Description: As an Assistant Manager, you will be assisting the Restaurant General Manager in leading a team up to 35 employees to deliver and exceed company and brand goals. An ideal Assistant Manager is a candidate who sees this position as  working towards becoming a Restaurant General Manager and beyond.  


Requirements:

  • Good communication skills, and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
  • Exceptional team building capability
  • Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/ decision-making skills
  • Basic computer literacy
  •  High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including profit and loss responsibility
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License and access to a vehicle

Compensation: 38,000 to 42,000 annually based on experience
