We are looking for professional Sales Trainers to organize and support our sales team. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to recruiting new employees, coordinating and supervising all training activities, and determining the requirements for training. You will also be responsible for ensuring that new representatives get adequate training to effectively fulfill their duties and continuously train employees to develop and increase their productivity.
For this role, you should combine excellent management skills with the ability to communicate with and inspire your team members to succeed. Therefore, you will be able to ensure that our sales staff is trained properly, perform at a high standard, and increase the satisfaction of customers.
The ideal candidate will be a confident public speaker and a devoted educator who is up-to-date on the latest tools and resources needed to improve sales training and performance.

Preparing and delivering sales training
Teaching our quality sales training program
Conduct all the initial sales training classes for new sales associates
Facilitate sales training for all new representatives and existing sales team members
Provide training for new sales personnel as well as ongoing training for sales force
Developing sales training programs and plans including company sales training manual and materials
Organize and conduct sales training sessions
Measure effectiveness of all sales training
Determine sales training needs and report on training initiatives
Conduct in-field sales representative development and sales training along with sales meetings or stand-alone training sessions
Enhance sales training programs for consistency
Coordinate directly with the sales team to identify customer sales training needs
Develop sales training that meets the needs of the sales teams
Conduct sales calls and close sales
Conduct train the trainer sessions at customer locations
Facilitate new hire training for field employees
Prepare new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process
Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential sales
Determine training needs by observing sales encounters
