We are hiring for a Road Breakdown Manager with an awesome client in the OKC area! This company is looking for someone who can take initiative and guide the team to success. If you have experience in the auto industry, great customer service skills, and the ability to manage costs and invoicing, this position might be great for you!


Job Description

  • Receive inbound phone calls from drivers and diagnose their mechanical issue
  • Make outbound phone calls to dispatch appropriate service to drivers
  • Act as a liaison between the servicing location and the driver
  • Demonstrate excellent phone skills to interact effectively with internal and external drivers
  • Communicate honestly and timely with drivers
  • Provide excellent customer service, assuring that drivers are satisfied and will return for additional business
  • Manage multiple breakdown situations daily
  • Resolve driver service issues
  • Effectively manage breakdown costs and invoicing and provide innovative processes to continue to elevate this process
  • Supervise a small team

Requirements:

  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in the auto industry or auto school
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Have knowledge of how the warranty works and be able to distinguish the correct vendor to send equipment to for repairs
  • Excellent interpersonal, telephone and email etiquette, and customer service skills, well-developed verbal and written communication skills, and the ability with little supervision
