Job Description

Location: Jackson, MI

Duration: 6 months


This role will provide administrative support for Customer Service Programs. This position will support the Customer Service Network Operations Center.

This position will support the general administrative management and transactions of for multiple programs.

Duties Will Include:

  • Responsible for equipment inventory
  • Responsible for scheduling tasks with internal and external suppliers
  • Support internal and external customers with communications and other activities
  • Support Call Center for Operations Center
  • Support Field Operations


  • Ability to interact with internal and external clients to give and receive advanced information and identify, research and analyze advanced problems
  • SAP knowledge desirable
  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Microsoft Office
  • Capable of managing data
  • Strong Communication Skills

Job Requirements


At least 2 years of applicable experience

An associate or bachelors degree desired
