Job Title: Staffing Coordinator


Job Purpose: To maintain the highest rate of satisfaction between our Clients, and Employees.


Qualifications: College degree in a relative field of study, or high school degree with supplemental training and experience in human resources, sales, marketing, communications, business and or other approved courses or industry experience. Typing a minimum of 40 words per minute, proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office. Basic knowledge of computer databases. Responsible for interviewing, assessing and placement of candidates on all levels in various positions and companies. Must be a good judge of character and resourceful. Must think and react quickly and be accessible before and after hours. Must be able to effectively communicate with clients and candidates. Must be able to fill open job orders correctly and immediately.


Compensation: Based on skills and experience
