Customer Service Representative

Ajilon is seeking self-motivated individuals to fill a new hot Contract to Hire a Customer Service Representative position in downtown Seattle, W A . The ideal candidate would have experience in either Auto, home, or insurance claim with the ability to work full-time with availability to work overtime, if necessary.


PAY: $19-22.00 (depends on experience)


Responsibilities

  • Maintains acceptable working knowledge of claims and correspondence processing including a basic understanding of settlement protocol
  • Tracks and manages error patterns and implements appropriate solutions
  • Ensures timely processing of all documents
  • Documents internal audits and other internal quality assurance activities
  • Evaluates audit and quality assurance findings and initiates corrective actions
  • Interacts with potential claimants in a professional, respectful and articulate manner over the phone
