Title: Senior On-boarding Specialist

Job Location: Chesterfield MO, 16401
Hours 10am to 7pm


Looking for a process oriented administrative professional to join our vendor management onboarding team.
This position is responsible for a two part process:

• Successfully onboarding incoming suppliers, communicating program requirements and process, as well as collecting and managing their onboarding documentation in a timely manner
• Onboarding the supplier’s incoming contractors to run a third party background check, drug test and additional health screen when necessary, and collecting their required onboarding documentation
Duties include:
o Acting as liaison between supplier and client manager establishing a professional relationship while managing expectations and timelines
o Ensuring all compliance and onboarding requirements are met for each onboarding supplier and worker
o Provides support to the supplier throughout the lifecycle of their workers on assignment at the client site
o Communicating expiring documentation to maintain strict compliance requirements
o Organizes and manages multiple supplier engagements simultaneously
o Tracks and manages all steps in both processes
o Ensuring that all new hire paperwork and requirements are completed accurately and quickly, includes entering background information into third party software called First Advantage and helping resources schedule and complete health screening
o Manages requisitions and work orders in a vendor management system called SAP Fieldglass
o Troubleshooting and answering questions once the resource has started regarding assignment extensions, pay increases, issues with time reporting, etc.
o Handling contractor terminations when the assignment ends.

• Typing 45 WPM
• Excellent Customer Service Skills both written and verbal
• Ability to Multi-task
• Process oriented
• Previous staffing/on-boarding or HR experience preferred
• Strong administrative skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, time driven environment
• Ability to work through multiple technologies simultaneously
• Experience with Fieldglass Vendor Management System or other VMS system - preferred
• Experience with First Advantage or other third party background tool – preferred
• Knowledge of CDC health screening lab results a plus
