Express Employment Professionals is hiring an IT Assistant for a construction company located in Malvern, PA. The right candidate will have at two years of IT experience or education, be an excellent problem solver, and a strong multi-tasker. Please read below to learn more about this role!

Job Responsibilities:

·                     Check server logs daily

·                     Research and resolve issues

·                     Monitor server drive space

·                     Orientation training for new employees and/or new software

·                     Monitor company website and handle related technical issues with site and ISP

·                     Monitor Internet connections

·                     Add and delete users from network

·                     Install and update software and hardware

·                     Maintain hardware and software inventory

·                     Prepare computers for network use

·                     Check logs and status for anti-virus/web filtering

·                     Check logs and status for firewall and internet connections

·                     Provide support for all remote locations

·                     Research, evaluate, and test new software, utilities and technology

·                     Spot check computer log files and operability

Job Requirements:

·         Minimum of two years of Information Technology education or equivalent work experience

·         Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
