Customer Service Assistant
A background in customer service and or sales is preferred. However, we hire on attitude, passion and personality, so previous customer service or sales experience is not paramount! This is a very customer-centric role, so you’ll need to be confident and comfortable interacting with customers face to face. We are looking for individuals that will go above and beyond to deliver and who are determined to be the best.
Customer Sales Assistant Role
As a Customer Sales Assistant, you will be the face and voice of our clients. You will be responsible for engaging customers and promoting clients' products and services. You will effectively be a brand ambassador, learning and maintaining strong product knowledge to deliver presentations and represent clients in a confident, charismatic and professional manner.
Your day will be a variety of office-based work and field-based customer and client meetings, and one promise we make is that no two days are alike.
