Job Description

Sovereign Staffing is now hiring for an Account Specialist position in Kansas City. You will be providing administrative and clerical support to home inspectors nationwide. We are looking for applicants that have a solid work history, excellent attention to detail, professional and pleasant phone demeanor and very strong computer skills. This is a contract to hire position, with a raise and excellent benefits once you convert to permanent employment.

Job Requirements

·        Answering inbound and placing outbound calls.

·        Speaking with inspectors, home owners/buyers, real estate agents, contractors and service personnel to coordinate inspection appointments.

·        Scheduling home inspection appointments.

·         Managing the inspector's work and travel schedule.

·         Negotiating pricing for a variety of inspection services.

·         Generating reports and invoices.

·         Suggesting additional services when appropriate.

·         Documenting and communicating inspection results to the proper parties.

·         Tracking email and web leads and relaying the information to the inspector.

·         Other duties as required.

·         Very strong computer skills.

·         Experience navigating between multiple programs and using dual monitors.

·         Excellent telephone etiquette.

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·         Ability to multi-task and problem solve.

·         Decision making ability.

·         Professional demeanor and appearance.

·         Excellent customer service skills.

·         Strong attention to detail.
