About the Company & Opportunity

Our client is a leading distribution company. They are a division of a popular nonprofit. This position interacts with Executives and puts you in the middle of all the action

  • Variety of duties, so no 2 days are the same
  • Super interesting work environment
  • Ideal contract position should last 3-4 months
  • Start date 4/22, but interview before so you can get all your questions answered
  • Responsibilities include database maintenance, uploading information to their intranet and everybody's favorite-filing

Job Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for processing paperwork received in the legal department and interacting with the Executives and legal staff members.

Position is a 3-4 month contract position with a pay rate of $20/hour.

Job Requirements

You should be highly organized and detail-oriented and possess the ability to effectively work both independently or in a team setting. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Specific requirements for this Administrative Assistant position include:

  • 2+ years recent Administrative Assistant experience-Law firm or professional services experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills        
  • Solid computer and data entry skills
