Job Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for processing paperwork received in the legal department and interacting with the Executives and legal staff members.
Position is a 3-4 month contract position with a pay rate of $20/hour.
You should be highly organized and detail-oriented and possess the ability to effectively work both independently or in a team setting. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Specific requirements for this Administrative Assistant position include:
- 2+ years recent Administrative Assistant experience-Law firm or professional services experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid computer and data entry skills
