Responsible for consolidation of functional training needs that reflect the diverse educational background of the function's employees, and includes the right blend and learning balance (Classroom / On Line / Practical) to manage the financial impact of training and ensure its effectiveness
Setup new training material for online and classroom trainings.
Ensure the evolution of a functional training course portfolio meet the needs of the function in the future in cooperation with the Satair Group International Learning Manager
Conduct an evaluation of all new courses to ensure visual and corporate consistency, legal and ethical compliance.
Conduct an evaluation of course effectiveness for courses which are not part of the Airbus Group Learning Catalog through people audits as well as though customer feedback (CSIP and CLM Logs) Including course attendees and their supervisors to assess training benefits
Training Documentation and Evaluation
Maintain the reporting of training hours to support development discussions within functions and ensure employees are properly credited.
Engage and motivate with process and subject matter experts to create world class training content.
Promote and support audits and other operational reviews that develop insight to improve warehouse functioning and ensure compliance with laws as well as internal operational rule.
Perform all other duties as assigned
A Bachelor's degree required in business management, Human Resource Management preferred.
Knowledge and/or experience with Airbus or other international enterprise warehousing or training practices highly preferred
Qualified Experience / Skills / Training:
Training background preferred, or the ability to learn and implement proven techniques from other industries.
Experience and knowledge of Safety, Hazmat and Environmental concerns particular to warehouse operations.
Process modelling knowledge
Membership in ATD and NSDTA highly preferred.
Must have intermediate or above level Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite experience
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Understand if global training plan fits with strategic direction and objectives of the company
Determine whether training is effective given the diversity of cultures and backgrounds of the trainees.
Able to perform presentation to management and executive level leadership when needed
