Accounts Payable Specialist 

A local organization in the Madison area is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team! They are a well-known and established company that has seen significant growth over the past few years. The ideal candidate will have experience with 3-way matching of accounts payable, be extremely detailed, and able to work as part of a team or independently. Responsibilities:

•High volume accounts payable processing

•Daily reconciliations 

•Research and resolve vendor invoice discrepancies

•Print and maintain all accounts payable reports and files 

•Assist with month-end closing 

Requirements:

•Associate's Degree in Accounting preferred

•2-3 years of Accounts Payable experience

•Proficient in Microsoft Excel

•Strong written and verbal communication skills
