SPRINT:
Do you have previous managed care plan contracting experience? Explain.
Do you have contracting with Washington State Managed Medicaid Behavioral Health providers and agencies? Explain.
Do you have familiarity with Washington State Medicaid Behavioral Health provider and agency reimbursement methodologies? Explain.

The Network Contractor develops the provider network (physicians, hospitals, pharmacies, ancillary groups & facilities, etc.) yielding a geographically competitive, broad access, stable network that achieves objectives for unit cost performance and trend management, and produces an affordable and predictable product for customers and business partners.

Specific Duties:
1.Assemble provider/agency contract packets
2.Telephone and email provider/agency representatives to explain purpose and reason for health plan sending new contract packet for execution
3.Ability to be professional but firm with providers, agencies and facilities that we are not going to negotiate contract language changes or reimbursement changes when repapering with an organization
4.Ability to obtain fully executed provider/agency agreements with a short-turnaround time
5. Use electronic contracting software, such as DocuSign or AdobeSign to send providers contract documents for review and signature

Must have qualifications/experience:
1.Previous managed care plan contracting experience
2.Ability to follow directions
3.Be detailed oriented
4.Ability to work in a fast-paced, production environment with accuracy
5.Ability to be self-motivated
6.Experience contracting with Washington State Managed Medicaid Behavioral Health providers and agencies
7.Familiarity with Washington State Medicaid Behavioral Health provider and agency reimbursement methodologies
8.Solid verbal and written communication skills---be professional and polite while being firm with providers to obtain new contracts back in short turnaround time without language changes and renegotiating rates
9. Associate degree or Bachelors degree in health care administration, business administration, or related field a plus

Telecommuter position - business casual when video conference calls are needed
