We are a National leader in our industry, utilizing all marketing mediums, with a heavy focus on nationwide radio, network television and internet marketing. This position is located in our corporate headquarters offices in the heart of Chicago's loop at State and Madison. We are seeking a CRM administrator with the skills, abilities and career drive to be part of our exciting growth

The CRM Developer /Administrator will serve as the technical expert for the company's implementation of SugarCRM. This individual will act as the liaison between IT, Sales, and Operations while administering the CRM and doing development for all integrated applications. The CRM Administrator will identify critical workflows and develop solutions to optimize user experience through innovative solutions.

Essential Functions

 Gather, identify, and analyze CRM software requirements in relation to sales and operations

 Work with business partners in the evaluation, configuration, and ongoing development and maintenance of CRM systems

 Document existing processes and workflows, and develop new workflows to automate manual processes

 Work with IT to create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, custom workflow, and approval processes

 Build and manage dashboards, views, reports and custom objects in CRM

 Work with Sales and IT to perform data integrity and manipulation tasks such as merging duplicate records and establishing proper ownership of existing accounts and contacts in accordance with sales territories

 Continually push the evolution of CRM by collaborating with colleagues on new ways to leverage system's functionality to address user pain-points and achieve goals

 Provide detailed end user documentation and training

 Provide technical support to end users, diagnosing and resolving problems

    Identify inefficient processes and develop solutions and customizations

 Ensure and enforce data integrity and standardization

 Monitor data quality, data migrations, and data integration

 Monitor CRM usage and highlighting adoption issues to management

 Manage and maintain all third-party tools and plugins associated with CRM


 Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or Information Technology; or equivalent combination of other education and work experience

  Solid developer experience working within one or more CRMs - Strong SugarCRM experience REQUIRED

 Highly organized, detail-oriented and outstanding follow through skills are a must

 Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment

 Ability to work under very limited supervision as an independent contributor

 Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and prioritization skills

 Experience with business requirements gathering, implementation, and training

 Strong analytical abilities, specifically related to understanding large data sets and managing process requirements

 Ability to summarize complex and technical information in a clear and concise format

 Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and campaigns

 Demonstrated analytical skills and comfort with data, metrics and statistical methods

 Capacity to take initiative, meet projected deadlines and work under frequently changing priorities

 Ability to handle confidential information
