Our client is looking to add a Recruiting Coordinator to their team. This Coordinator will provide overall support and assistance to the functions of human resources, employment and recruiting.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team
  • Ensure that recruiting and hiring activities are in compliance with governmental regulations and company policies and procedures
  • Provide administration, tracking, analysis, and reporting support to the areas of recruitment, employment, and compensation
  • Work with recruiters to support a wide range of specific projects as needed, such as: assisting with conducting research, gathering data and creating reports from LinkedIn and other recruiting databases and tools
  • Schedule applicants for assessments and/or schedule interviews for candidates (coordinate with hiring manager, recruiter, etc).
  • Arrange travel
  • Maintain a working knowledge of recruiting process, procedures, policies
  • Process, resolve and reconcile candidate expenses
  • Process vendor invoices
  • Ensure accuracy of ATS system by adding and revising job descriptions, hiring managers, departments, dispositions, and resumes
  • Prepare, generate, and distribute scheduled and ad hoc reports, letters, and memos, i.e. department and Board reports, resume volume and recruitment activity/statistics, job openings reports, employment turnover and meeting minutes
  • Support the onboarding and new hire orientation process
  • Administer recruitment surveys; track, and analyze responses
  • Maintain relationships with external temporary staffing agencies and fulfill temporary needs
  • Assist with pre-employment screening including background checks and scheduling of drug screens
  • Assist with recruitment event coordination/job fairs and attend as needed
  • Manage the job posting process on Job Boards
  • Maintain confidential information, reports, and files
  • Manage and maintain the Employee Referral process
  • Process payments including employee referrals
  • Maintain employee personnel files
  • Coordinate procurement of temp staffing

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business-related field or HR Management preferred or equivalent HR work experience
  • 1-2 years of Recruitment or Human Resources experience required
  • Internet savvy with knowledge of various sourcing strategies, such as internet research and social media 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must be a self-starter with excellent time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required; ability to communicate courteously, articulately and professionally in person, over the phone and in writing
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and support multiple team members
