Fair Acres Geriatric Center is a local Non-Profit Skilled Nursing Facility located in Media, PA that is currently seeking professional, personable, and experienced Unit Managers to join our team.
Unit Managers will provide continuous leadership, guidance, and supervision to employees who are providing resident care. He/She will have 24-hour responsibility for care and service delivery on the unit to enhance continuity of equality care. The Unit Manager will maintain open communication with and between the interdisciplinary team, management, residents, and families.
Compensation/Benefits:
· Competitive salary contingent on experience
· Robust benefits package including pension/retirement fund, tuition reimbursement, 16 paid holidays, and up to 25 days of PTO

Qualifications:
- Current PA RN License, BSN, Preferred
- Minimum of 2 years in long term care experience as a Supervisor and/or Unit Manager preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Charge Nurse preferred
- Effective organizational, Communication and people skills
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift/transfer resident
- Must be able to move about the facility
- Must have excellent attendance
- Must be able to respond to emergencies using stairs when necessary
