Sales supervisor Bilingual (Spanish- English) to assist the management members in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
Supervise and train sales staff.
Define the sales objectives that the sales team and every seller must achieve individually.
Distribute work by region or type, by assigning it to commercial agents or sales staff.
Supervise the work of commercial agents and bid analysts.
Intervene in the decisions of the company related to marketing products and services.
Design and bring up sales strategies and reports of findings to the company’s management.
Organize and attend exhibitions of products offered by the company.
Review and approve quotes / proposals for clients.
Support in the resolution of problems, complaints, or queries that arise, related to his Department, as well as treat and maintain good rapport with customers.
Sales Supervisor Bilingual (Spanish- English) must to cover the area of Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County.
Must have experience on the field of safety and Industrial Supply.
Responsibilities include grow sales with new customers opportunities.
