A large financial institution is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant for a contract to hire opportunity located in Uptown Charlotte. This role will perform a variety of administrative tasks to support two senior managers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Using MS Office products to handle intermediate level correspondence and spreadsheets
- Calendaring and Scheduling experience using Outlook
- P&L Reconciliation and Expense Tracking
- All onboarding tasks needed for new contractors and full-time team members
- Travel arrangements
- Handling complex and sensitive inquiries/call from external/internal sources
- Provides support for projects as needed
- Acts as an information source on departmental/business unit policies and procedures
- May establish office procedures and controls
- May coordinate all special events or office functions
- May direct the work of others
- 5-10 years of administrative support experience
- Intermediate level MS Office experience - Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills
- Can do, positive attitude
