Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

•             Managing client relationships in a fast-paced environment, while demonstrating persistence along with problem solving and decision making skills to work with clients through a variety of challenging situations.

•             Perform support tasks for Managers in providing exceptional service to clients by completing assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner.

•             Assist clients by answering questions about their policies, including explaining insurance concepts and processing claims paperwork (training will be provided!)

•             Quickly and accurately file applications and process claims

•             Provide additional support to teammates and staff as needed

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

•             Bilingual in English and Mandarin/Cantonese Chinese

•             Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral

•             Must be able to work independently and also thrive in a team environment

•             Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook

•             High school diploma or GED is required

•             Must be authorized to work in the US
