SUMMARY
Position: Payroll Manager
Pay Range: $60-65k a year DOE
Location: Mesa, AZ
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities of Payroll Manager:
Monitor tickets daily to ensure service level agreements and high client satisfaction levels are being met
Work directly with clients to identify/resolve all issues related to payroll processing
Assist with configuration of pay components and reports necessary for use by the client
Maintain payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures
Balance payroll accounts
Comply with federal, state and local legal requirements
Work with accounting, finance, IT, HR and across operations
Qualifications of Payroll Manager:
REQUIRED: 3+ years’ payroll experience
REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree
Excellent computer skills including advance Microsoft Excell
Ability to multi task
Clearly communicate both verbally and written
