Job Requirements

·       Actively lead, inspire, coach and develop team members, promoting Company values and culture with the goal of reducing turnover and maintaining a low attrition rate through retention

·       Coach, develop, and work to promote additional skills and knowledge to all field technicians, looking internally to develop our future leaders

·       Evaluate performance of technicians for compliance with established policies and objectives of the company and contributions in attaining objectives

·       Actively participate in the installations with technicians in the field, providing direct physical assistance and support to the technicians at installations and trouble calls

·       Conduct impartial Quality Assurance Inspections of completed work daily; for those identified with substandard performance, 100% / real time QAs will be a requirement

·       Conduct weekly team meetings with a strong emphasis on ongoing development and technical skill

·       Validate all technician’s preparedness for field work, including a clear into the field on meeting days, and an in-field roll-up inspection to verify technicians are ready and prepared for safe and compliant work, at all times

·       Prepare and execute strong project plans to ensure profitable, successful projects are delivered on schedule for clientele

·       Present Company news / updates / reports as needed, both internally and at customer locations upon request

·       Implement the business objectives successfully as directed by corporate

·       Provide input on increasing profitability, reducing risk, and driving excellence in service and quality

·       Adhere to all contract standards and requirements

·       Set high standards for team members by ensuring personal appearance standards are being adhered to and that personal vehicle is adequately stocked with equipment, supplies, and necessary safety (PPE) equipment for the day

·       Ensure team of assigned technicians completes work orders within the allotted time frames, notifying customer and dispatch of any potential issues or delays

·       Train personnel

·       Communicate with customers, peers, and dispatchers in a professional and friendly demeanor

·       Ensure team of technicians properly codes out each job using tablet device / customer interface

·       Properly maintains and accounts for all equipment, tools, or company assets issued to all technicians on the team

·       Ensures all members of the team turn in all equipment and documents used or collected on the job, providing all Defective Equipment information to dispatch for processing

·       Maintains exemplary personal hygiene and personal vehicle appearance according to the company policies and standards

·       Supports residential field leadership as needed, adhering to the Company’s principles of leadership

·       Conduct weekly team meetings

·       Other duties as assigned

 Position Requirements:

·       Badge eligibility is a requirement; badge eligibility requires passage of a criminal background and Motor Vehicle Record background screening, initially as part of the pre-hire process, and then annually thereafter, and in cases of HR investigations. The requirements for badge eligibility are established by our customer and our insurance carrier, and these are subject to change. The background screenings are conducted by a third-party vendor, also subject to change.

·       At all times throughout the course of employment, the motor vehicle record requirements must be met; the requirements are as specified by the Company’s insurance carrier and per the background screening process for badge eligibility. This includes the requirement to have an active Driver’s license in good standing.

·       Must have a personal car/truck/SUV registered and insured in the state the position is based out of, and if using the personal vehicle for business purposes, the employee must maintain personal vehicle insurance with a minimum of $100k in liability coverage, and a business use endorsement.

·       Must be able to work a varying work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays Schedule flexibility is strictly required as occasional last-minute change in workdays and/or the addition of a workday outside of standard schedule will take place
