Job Description

Are you looking for a ground-floor opportunity with a growing company? Do you have customer service experience in a fast-paced environment?

PrideStaff is seeking an Intake Specialist in the Greentree area to interview and screen potential clients. This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity. The hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm with a 30-minute lunch, compensating $14 per hour.

Job Description:

  • Conduct over the phone interviews with litigants
  • Provide quality customer assistance and maintain confidential information at all times 
  • Perform case screenings, intake, and case coordination
  • Answer a multi-line telephone and assist with a high volume of public and professional inquiries 
  • Perform data entry 
  • Fax, file, scan, email and copy documents 

Job Requirements

Ability To:

  • Learn methods, practices, and procedures used in interviewing prospective clients
  • Deal effectively and professionally in stressful situations 
  • Exhibit sound judgment and use discretion 
  • Follow written and oral instructions and procedures
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Word, Outlook and Excel 
  • Type 40 words per minute

  • Active listening is critical
  • Heavy Communication on the telephone
