Job Description

Fine Dining Restaurant with locations in several states, seeks AGM

  • The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for hiring, controlling beverage and labor costs and must have strong Profit and loss operational knowledge.
  • As a Restaurant Manager, you will also be responsible for maintaining health department regulations, training, and employee development.
  • Must be Passionate about Customer Service and restaurant operation.
  • The successful Restaurant Manager will have a proven track record in full-service high volume operation.
  • Proven Leadership Skills and comprehensive knowledge of P&L
  • A desire for challenge and a talent for building high-performance teams.
  • A track record of stability in previous employment

Competitive salary and excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, stock options and 401K, AVG Bonus 10-15K

The successful candidate must be flexible to relocate or work in the tri-state area for promotion to GM

Job Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Fine dining restaurant
  • Strong P&L knowledge
  • High Volume experience: 10M plus annual sales volume
