Job Requirements

  • Has Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire, coach, mentor and develop associates into an effective, highly motivated, results oriented team.

  • Patient and professional, with good oral and critical thinking skills. Role model team player able to interact well with management and support staff.
  • Must be detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Professional verbal and written communicator.
  • Able to enter information into multiple screens while listening to the customer.
  • Ability to multi-task, stay organized, manages time wisely, works independently with little to no supervision, under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and is an absolute must.
  • Must be available and willing to work extended hours at times and some weekends as needed to meet business needs.
  • High school diploma or GED certificate required. Associates or Bachelor degree preferred.
  • 1 year customer service experience. Retail experience and expertise in the on-line retail industry is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent PC skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, stay organized, manages time wisely, works independently with little to no supervision, under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and is an absolute must.
  • Flexibility to work some extended hours for 8-12 weeks in summer (incl. few hours on some saturdays)
  • Normal Working Hours during Peak Season: Mon-Fri 8.00 am to 5.00pm. Flexible during Off-Peak. Working from Home Available (see under benefits section)

Account Specialist Lead - Ecommerce position for Web Based Online / Ecommerce Business located few mins from St. John Town Center in Jacksonville - Florida. The ideal candidate must be part of a team achieving personal and company service and financial goals.

The candidate must be highly motivated, organized and trustworthy individual to handle in/outbound communications with our customer base . Job Purpose:

  • Utilize excellent customer service skills to research and resolve order status, cancellation, and customer preference return inquiries.
  • Demonstrate drive and enthusiasm while handling customer questions, complaints and inquiries. Must also accurately input customer information into our order management system.
  • Demonstrates appropriate sense of urgency for email response times and phone service levels. Less than 5 calls per day on phone.
  • Respond to customer service emails that are related to order status, cancellation, and customer preference returns.
  • Build confidence in our potential customer by having a friendly phone presence and strong understanding of customer service policies.
  • Meet productivity goals.
  • Use judgment in the resolution of service issues to prevent monetary loss.
  • Support other customer care areas as needed.
